Can visits be scheduled after business hours?
Yes. We can discuss after-hours or other quieter cleaning windows that fit your workplace. Access, alarm and lockup procedures are confirmed before service begins.
How is cleaning priced?
Recurring cleaning is quoted according to your site, agreed scope, visit frequency and expected time on site. One-time projects are assessed and quoted separately based on their specific requirements. A walkthrough helps us prepare an accurate proposal.
Who supplies paper products, soap, and liners?
Consumables such as paper products, soap and bin liners are typically supplied and stored by the client. Inventory checks or purchasing support can be arranged separately when included in the agreed scope.
Can occasional deeper cleaning be added to regular visits?
Yes. Additional tasks such as carpet extraction, high-level dusting and periodic floor care can be reviewed alongside your recurring service. We confirm the scope, availability and separate pricing before scheduling that work.
Do you offer one-time and post-construction cleaning?
Yes. We can review one-time commercial projects such as post-construction final cleaning, commercial move-in or move-out cleaning and periodic deep cleaning. Each project is scoped and quoted separately based on site condition, access and scheduling.
Is Orca Clean insured?
Yes. Orca Clean carries $2 million in Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance and is registered with WorkSafeBC. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available to clients upon request.
What happens after the walkthrough?
We prepare a written proposal outlining the recommended cleaning scope, proposed schedule, pricing and relevant access arrangements. You can review the details before confirming the service.
