How is the monthly price determined?
Pricing reflects the actual scope, frequency, size and layout, floor types, washrooms, staff areas, access requirements, and expected time on site. The walkthrough ensures the quote is based on the work involved—not square footage alone.
Who supplies paper products, soap, and liners?
Consumables such as paper products, soap, and liners are typically purchased and stored by the client. Inventory checks or purchasing support can be included separately when agreed in the proposal.
Can occasional deeper work be included?
Yes. Carpet extraction, deep cleaning, high-level dusting, floor-machine work, and other non-routine tasks can be scheduled and quoted separately.
Is Orca Clean insured?
Yes. Orca Clean is a fully insured commercial cleaning service.
What happens after the walkthrough?
You receive a written proposal outlining the scope, schedule, monthly price, access requirements, and proposed start arrangements.
